One lead in the same scope as the list. Out of scope, unknown, or already declined is `404`. A declined lead still replays its create `201`, and this call is `404` after the decline.

`GET /api/leads/{id}`

**Responses**

- `200` — The lead.
- `401` — The key is missing or unknown.
- `403` — The key cannot send leads.
- `404` — The lead is outside this key, unknown, or already declined.
